The Present Theatre Company, Inc. is a 501.c.3 (not-for-profit)
corporation in the State of New York and the
proud creator and producer of The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC) When we started FringeNYC in 1997, the budget for the festival was $74,000.
Today, our costs have surpassed a million dollars.
In 1997, the top ticket price for the festival was $11. Merely adjusting for inflation brings that price to $15.74 today.
And yet our top advance ticket price has been $15 for ten years. . . .
We must seek and secure support from individual donors

| in order to "bridge the gap" between rising costs: |
